At the Columbus Culinary Institute, you’ll build a solid foundation of culinary skills—the same culinary and business skills used by master chefs everywhere. You’ll learn these culinary skills throughout the 20 month culinary arts program by observing your professional chef instructors and then working with them to create dishes on your own. At the end of the culinary program, you’ll have developed your raw talent into a promising culinary career.
