At the Columbus Culinary Institute at Bradford School, students will learn the fine art of cooking and go on to work in restaurants, resorts, hotels, and even start their own restaurant someday.

From basic knife skills to the art of tasteful presentation, students will exercise their passion for food during the 20-month culinary arts program. Culinary students will learn from faculty who have first-hand culinary experience and are passionate about sharing their food expertise.

At the end of the program, students will graduate with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts and:

  • Advanced abilities to combine taste, texture, and color to create new dishes
  • Proper cooking techniques for meat, fowl, fish, and vegetables
  • Baking and pastry arts experience
  • Creation of a complete menu that fits their own unique cooking style
  • Familiarity with a variety of cuisines from around the world
  • Extensive hands-on experience in real-life restaurants during your externship
